14. Powers as per the Prevailing Law to be Exercised:
IN the course ofproceedings or deciding on the appeal filed pursuant to this Regulation, the court may exercise the powers relating to court procedures as provided by the prevailing laws in addition to the powers conferred by this Regulation.
